Delivery & Returns Information

Upon checking out your basket our delivery options range from the Royal Mail second class postage or Parcel Force (tracked) 48h postage service.

Please note that delivery options available will change depending on the weight & size of items in your basket.

Personalised garments can average 5 -7 working days from artwork and order acknowledgement sign off. Sometimes this can expand to 10-14 working days in peak seasons.

Returning Goods

Where free returns are not available, we do not pay for the return of goods. We will refund your money including the initial postage charge as soon is as reasonably possible but no later than 30 days of our receipt of your request to cancel the order.

Once received, goods which are not of satisfactory quality, not as described or simply unwanted may be returned for a full refund. Simply return the items, in their original condition and packaging, within 28 days of receipt.

Please note, that the initial postage and packaging charge is only refundable for faulty goods, goods not as described or incorrect orders. For orders cancelled under the Distance Selling Regulations, please see the section below. Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order at anytime up to (within) 7 (seven) working days after the day on which you received the goods you ordered (following receipt of your goods).

You must inform our Website Customer Services of your wish to cancel in writing within 7 (seven) working days following the date of receipt and must take reasonable care of the products and not use them or remove any hygiene seals. You should return products to us in their original packaging, wherever possible and as soon as possible. If you return products to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit and we recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you, or not refund to you, amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage.

You do not have to provide any reason for cancellation.

Products that appear on the website with an advertised lead time e.g. “7/10 days”, that have subsequently been supplied against customer orders, may only be returned if faulty. This includes all items that have been customised or altered in any way, such as with the addition of embroidery of a garment for example.

Items without an advertised lead time are assumed as “standard items” and fall under Ppekit’s standard lead time and delivery policy.

How to return you goods

To return items by post, please follow the instructions below: Write a note saying why you are returning the goods and include this as well as a copy of the delivery note or invoice for the goods you wish to return.

Take the parcel to a Post Office. If you are issued with a certificate/receipt of postage, you should retain this until the refund is processed.

Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed from the day you return the products. Please note that International customers will receive a refund in their local currency at their bank or card issuer’s exchange rate.
